We trained 30 NGO representatives in Visual Storytelling

With the aid of the Bodossakis Foundation, we organized the seminar together with the Norwegian organization NorSensus Mediaforum. We brought two speakers from Norway: Vedat Sevincer and A. Jakob Gnaydin, specialists in NGO training in Visual Storytelling issues, to learn how to share our vision more effectively.

On December 12th-13th, 2016, at The Cube, we saw how difficult it is to express ourselves through images and to be understood. We developed new skills and learned methodologies to get a message across clearly depending on the topic, audience, and medium used. Finally, we managed to create within a few hours and without equipment videos on issues such as refugees, volunteerism, mental health, etc.!

95% of the participants said that they found it useful, while 100% mentioned that they’d use the knowledge they gathered immediately in their organization.
