  • We created a Social Entrepreneurship Skills model after research in 6 European countries – See it here
  • We developed an educational program for teachers and tested it in action in 6 countries – Utilize it here
  • We developed a great ToolKit for Social Entrepreneurship – Get the tools here
  • We created a free online training platform (MOOC) – Start the course for free here

To develop educators and teachers who deliver and promote educational programs on social entrepreneurship.

Social economy is a significant sector in Europe, with 2 million businesses (10% of all EU businesses) and 14 million paid employees, around 6.5% of EU workers (EC, 2017). However, this beneficial effect is hindered by different factors. Among them, the most important are:

  • lack of understanding of what social entrepreneurship is,
  • lack of general business skills, role models, and work experience, especially among young people (OECD/EU/2017),
  • lack of specialized training and education (EU, 2013).
